Custom Moulder Patterns
In addition to the standard patterns, the five head moulder can be configured to mill any profile. We have hundreds of custom knives for trim and moldings. Tongue & groove and shiplap for walls, ceilings, flooring, and decking are all typical applications. Have a custom design in mind? We make custom knives for any profile!
Sheet Beadboard
Mini Bead, Standard Bead, and V-Groove patterns are available in the following configurations:
Thickness: 1/4” 3/8” 1/2” 5/8” 3/4”
Length: 8’ 10’
Spacing: 1-1/2” 2” 3” 4” 6” 8”
Ripping
Whether it is gang ripped 30"-60" sheet products or single ripping, Contour can rip standard products into exactly what you need!
20" Planer
Take rough wood to a square and smooth surface.
Cut to Length
Our upcut saws will give repeatable, accurate square cuts up to 12" wide and 3.5" tall
